Jen is the reason I am so happy in my professional life. I took one of her courses almost 9 years ago!! I discovered that while I had a very promising “career path” with Weyerhaeuser, that I was not truly happy.

After a few weeks of true soul searching, I found a program that supported my dream job. I signed up for classes, was eventually accepted to the “program”. Here I am 9 years later, managing a department and loving every minute of my life.

Hi Jennifer,
I was at a party on Saturday and a man named Jody mentioned your name and spoke highly of your ability to guide him in a more focused direction regarding his perfect career choice. I am starting PSU in Fall, going into my junior year and need to decide on a major and I am clueless! Narrowing down my interests is the hard part. Do you accept trades? I am a licensed massage therapist!

Yes! A person can train themselves to get good ideas! The trick is to start doing what Kurt does, and not setting out with the mindset that you will only accept good ideas. Just get the ball rolling with ideas…no censoring. That kills any idea. You’ll know when you hit on a good idea. You will. Besides it is fun and can connect a person (I know it does for me) to feeling alive!
